Jack Daniel’s Scene 1 in 1 liter

The first release in the Scenes from Lynchburg series prominently featured the iconic Jack Daniel statue situated near the cave spring on the Distillery grounds. Commissioned in 1941 by Lem Motlow as a tribute to Jack, the statue remained in place for nearly sixty years.

Launched in the U.S. in 2003, subsequent bottles in the series were issued annually, with the exception of 2010. In the U.S., these “Scenes” editions are available in 750ml bottles containing 86 proof whiskey, sold without a box or hang tag. The series debuted earlier in Europe in 1998 as 1 liter bottles with 86 proof whiskey, and in Canada in 750ml bottles with 80 proof whiskey.
