We pride ourselves on first rate packaging and understand how to package items securely to ensure that you receive them in the same condition they leave us in. Particularly for older fragile stock/collectables.

All deliveries to be signed for by a person of legal drinking age in the country of destination.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they can have alcohol delivered into their destination country. The customer must therefore consult the destination country’s specific restrictions of the entry of alcohol before they order.

In the case of an item not being accepted into the customers destination country once shipped, once the item has been returned to us and in the condition it left us in, a full refund minus the cost of shipping will be provided.

Alcohol is subject to UK Alcohol Tax. For deliveries outside of the UK VAT will not be charged, though will be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival into your destination country. Such charges are the customers responsibility. Please contact your local customs office should your require further information.

Should you refuse to pay any such charges, this will result in the goods being destroyed by customs or returned to sender. Therefore any return costs incurred will be deducted from any refund owed in such circumstances.

We are happy to deliver your order to an address that differs to your usual billing address. Simply update the delivery address during checkout.

If required this can include delivery to your permanent place of work, however only where there will always be someone available to sign for and retrieve the delivery on your behalf.

Please note that orders with Post Box Numbers as delivery addresses will not be dispatched. In such instances there will be a delay to your order being processed whislt we contact you to arrange a valid delivery address.

Once orders have been processed, delivery times will vary dependant on location. Orders may at times be subject to delay should an item be out of stock, however at such times you will be notified. Please note that we are unable to guarantee the timeliness of the service provided by our delivery agents, for example during difficult weather conditions or busy spells should they arise.

Whilst we will always package your order to the high standards we pride ourselves upon, there may unfortunately be times when a parcel incurs damage during transit. In the unlikely event that damage in transit occurs:

For UK Deliveries–  If a parcel is clearly damaged or has leaked upon it being delivered, we would ask that you refuse the parcel and request that the courier returns the goods to the sender.

For International Deliveries- If a parcel is clearly damaged or has leaked upon it being delivered, we would ask that you accept the delivery, advise us immediately of the damage and do not dispose of the goods until further instructions have been provided by us. We may also require photographs of the damage for insurance purposes.
