You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchasing unless we have specified that an item is non- returnable. If you have received your order and are unhappy with a product, please ensure that you inform us in writing at [email protected] of your wish to return the item within 14 days of your order being delivered and you will receive a refund.
However, please note that return shipping costs will only be refunded in the event of items being delivered in error.
Should products be returned to us, they must be returned in the same condition they were sent and in their original packaging with seals intact or this may impact any refund. Unless items being returned were delivered in error, you will be liable for the costs of returning the product(s) and for any damage to the product until it is received by us. A full refund will only be given where the goods are received in the same condition as when they were shipped by us.
For all returns, please ensure you follow the below instructions:

- Return the item and a copy of your invoice to us with the items that you are returning highlighted.
- Ensure that you pack and seal your return securely in the original packaging to prevent potential damage whilst in transit.
- Ensure that no other address labels are visible when attaching your returns label to your packaging.
